Terms of Service
- I do not offer refunds. If I haven't purchased the materials required for your commission yet, you will receive a 50% refund. This is because of time spent discussing what you would like & research time for materials and covers the cost of my time spent at the very least.
- If you decide to cancel after I begin working on your commission, you automatically agree I am allowed to post the ears/tail for sale. If it is a unique design made by you, I will alter the design as per your request.
- Please expect a 4 - 6 week turnaround time on your commission. I alone run my shop and try my best to ensure that I faithfully recreate your vision while also attending college as a full-time student. While I will always aim to finish within the given timeframe, please understand if I have to extend due to personal circumstances.
Payment
- I take payments through Square Invoice. On very rare occasions will I take commission payments through Etsy, but only when all other methods are exhausted.
- When preparing for your invoice, please have your email ready to share; when sending invoices through Square, you will receive a link in your inbox that takes you to the invoice page.
Commission Process
- If you are receiving a commission through auction, you will be required to pay the invoice before we discuss the design of your ears/set.- If you are receiving a commission through surprise slot, please have in mind either a theme or specific details that you wish for. This helps me have a better understanding of what you are looking for.- Once there is an agreement upon designs and accessories, I will calculate price and shipping, then proceed to send your invoice.- As soon as payment is received, I will begin researching and working on your commission as soon as I am capable of. I will send updates as frequently as possible and alert you once your commission is completed.- If I need something specific for your commission, I will charge you a special order fee for the extra materials. This does not include typical materials, such as white/black faux fur. Examples of special materials are: different fabrics (cotton, spandex, etc.), short lengthed fur (i.e. beaver, rabbit), or materials not typically bought for use within my shop (colored jump-rings, bells, specific charms, etc.).
